Ancient Egyptian sphinx cat made from volcanic glass. Black obsidian is  made from rapidly cooled molten lava, formed naturally before crystallisation occurs. The inky black glossy surface of this ornament  looks amazing sat on shelves & window sills , even in plant pots. Black obsidian is known for its grounding & protecting properties, I always sit with this  after my Reiki & spiritual work. It contributes to bringing hidden emotions or patterns to light during healing work. One supplied approximately  10cm.
